Job Title: Travel Licensed Practical Nurse- LTC
Location: Keene, NH
Regular Pay: $16.5/hr
Meal (Weekly): $468.80
Housing (Weekly): $703.20
Shift:7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Days: Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri
Job Type: Contract (9 Weeks with the possibility of extension)

Position Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care to patients under the direction of an RN or physician, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and wellbeing in a supportive clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN/physician
- Assist patients with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records
- Follow all infection control and safety protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted certification/licensure as LPN.
- BLS from AHA.
- COVID card or Medical / Religious Exemption.
