Job DescriptionMIG Welder – Commercial Oven Manufacturing
Location: Essex Junction, Vermont
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay Range: $21.50–$29.00/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

Weld pre-manufactured parts into sub-assemblies using MIG techniques.

Spot weld and position components based on blueprints and order specs.

Adjust weld settings to ensure clean, strong welds.

Interpret oven orders to determine part and material requirements.

Fabricate sub-assemblies of varying size and complexity.

Assemble stations with accuracy and attention to pacing.

Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced production setting.
What You Bring

Ability to read blueprints, welding diagrams, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Proficiency in MIG welding and use of tools like voltmeters, calipers, and spot weld guns.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift.

Reliability, flexibility, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Willingness to support other departments as needed.

Pay Details: $21.50 to $29.00 per hour
