Our ideal Project Manager must have at least 3+ years of experience in the industry, and demonstrate the ability to manage water/mold/smoke remediation jobs on schedule and within budget. Their responsibilities include:
- Schedule and assign remediation jobs to technicians.
- Responsible for updating all information in the software after job visit.
- Ensure all technician's paperwork is accurate
- Work closely with homeowners, scheduling the job through final completion.
- Work closely with insurance companies, adjusters, and account representatives
- Ensure certificate of satisfaction is signed upon job completion by customer.
