We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Local Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team in Middletown, RI. This is a 13-week assignment with guaranteed full-time hours. Ideal candidates will have experience providing high-quality care in a long-term care or hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility</li>
<li>Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients</li>
<li>Provide emotional support and companionship</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Active CNA certification in the state of Rhode Island</li>
<li>Minimum of 6 months recent experience in a clinical setting</li>
<li>Ability to work assigned shift(s) and commit to the full 13-week contract</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
</ul>
