Advantage Truck Group (ATG), the largest DTNA dealer group in New England, is immediately hiring diesel technicians with2 or more years of experiencefor 1st and 2nd shifts.
Diesel Techncian Pay and More:
- $10,000 starting bonus ($5,000 with first paycheck, $5,000 at 90 days)
- $22 - $46/hour (based on technician experience)
- Monthly performance bonuses
- Overtime at time and a half
- Annual Tool & Safety Shoe Allowance
Technician Work Schedules:
- First Shift:
- 8-hour shift (6:30 am - 3:00 pm)
- Second Shift (Flexible schedules + $5 shift differential)
- Four 10-Hour Shifts
- 2:00 pm - 12:30 am
- Five 8-Hour Shifts
- 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
- Four 10-Hour Shifts

Diesel Technician Requirements
- At least 2 years of diesel technician experience is required
- Current, valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 - 100 lbs. and work in physically demanding positions (bending, kneeling, standing for long periods).
- Technical/trade school certificate, dealership experience, CDL, and DOT health card are a plus
