Location: Windsor, Vermont
Facility Size: 40 beds
Employment Type: Full-time
A 40-bed nursing facility in Windsor, Vermont, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead their team and uphold the high standard of care the residents and families have come to expect.

What Were Looking For:
We are seeking a licensed and motivated administrator who can operate with a high degree of independence and ownership. The ideal candidate brings not only deep operational knowledge but also a heart for elder care and a commitment to supporting staff and families alike.
Requirements:

Active LNHA license in the state of Vermont (or eligibility to obtain)

Prior experience independently managing a long term care nursing facility (strongly preferred)

Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, budgeting, and staffing

Proven leadership skills and a collaborative approach to team development
Responsibilities Include:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the 40-bed LTC nursing facility

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Foster a positive work culture and high standards of resident care

Manage budgets, staffing, and departmental coordination

Represent Cedar Hill with families, surveyors, and community partners
