Family is looking for a DSP with experience caring for someone with ASD and Bipolar Disorder. 
Luke is an active individual who is very articulate in advocating for his needs. He requires a combination of direct and less direct supervision. He has ASD and bipolar disorder. We are working with an individual and family therapist. These professionals have provided us with strategies to redirect and help with transitions. Luke loves to hike, and take walks. He loves cosplay and working on his Mandalorian costumes. 
Duties would include helping him go to therapy appointments, going out on community outings and helping him resolve conflicts when faced with a challenge. 
30 Hours a week. 
Mileage reimbursement.
Requirements:Requirements

<li>Access to reliable transportation and adequate car insurance </li>
<li>Prior experience working for individuals with developmental disabilities </li>
<li>Ability to work together with client to complete organizational tasks </li>
<li>Ability to carry out individual service goals and communication goals </li>
<li>Documentation of services </li>
<li>Consistent contact with Case Manager about program activities </li>
