A specialized educational setting is seeking dedicated professionals to support students with visual impairments for the upcoming extended summer program. This contract position runs from July 7, 2025, to August 8, 2025, within a K-12 environment in Lowell, MA.
Qualifications:
- Valid teaching certification in Visual Impairment or related field.
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with visual impairments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Familiarity with assistive technology for students with visual impairments is a plus.
- Safety Care Certification (if not certified, candidates must sign up for training).

Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored educational instruction to students with visual impairments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support each student's needs.
