We are seeking a talented and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nail care and cosmetology, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and sanitized environment for our clients.
Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art.
- Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting the perfect shades and designs.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Upsell additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatments to enhance the client experience.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting products that complement nail care services.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments to provide clients with innovative options.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and products sold.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and sanitation practices.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience in retail sales is preferred, along with an understanding of retail math for inventory management.
- Familiarity with additional beauty services such as hair styling, hair threading, barbering, dermabrasion, and body waxing is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
