<ul>
<li>Lead and complete residential &amp; light commercial installations </li>
<li>Install boilers, split cooling &amp; heat pump systems, furnaces, and ductless systems </li>
<li>Work with distribution and control systems </li>
<li>Manage job sites and coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors </li>
<li>Ensure high-quality workmanship on every project </li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>7+ years of HVAC/R installation experience (preferred) </li>
<li>EPA 1, 2, 3 Certification (preferred) </li>
<li>Valid drivers license and clean driving record (required) </li>
<li>Skilled in brazing, soldering, wiring schematics, and blueprints </li>
<li>Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work on rooftops/ladders </li>
<li>Professional, reliable, and strong communicator </li>
