Your Role at a Glance:

• Pinpoint and repair issues in commercial cleaning and restoration machinery, including gas engines, truck-mounted units, and carpet extractors.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, providing guidance and support when needed.
• Create and manage service orders, maintaining seamless communication with clients through various channels.
• Generate cost estimates for maintenance services to inform and assist our customers.
• Engage with vendors for part orders and ensure synchronization with store operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly working environment while adhering to quality and productivity standards.

Your Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid, clean driving license.
• Expertise in diagnosing problems with exceptional attention to detail.
• Capability to handle tasks efficiently under varied conditions, with the ability to lift over 50 lbs. regularly.
• A professional demeanor, with strong communication skills, is essential.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a bonus.
• Two years or more of experience in relevant fields such as small engine or pressure washer repair.
