ProCare Therapy is excited to offer a contract position for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Enfield, NH, starting in the 2025/2026 school year. This role involves providing essential support to students with behavioral and developmental challenges in a school environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee behavior intervention plans with BCBA support

• Assist students in achieving social and behavioral goals

• Record and track the effectiveness of interventions

• Work collaboratively with educators, therapists, and families for student success

• Maintain an organized, supportive classroom setting

Qualifications:

• RBT certification from BACB required

• Previous experience working with children, especially in school settings, preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to customize interventions to meet students' individual needs

Position Information:

• Contract role, K-12 caseload

• Full-time, school hours (8:00 AM 3:15 PM)

• Competitive hourly compensation, based on experience
