Dermatology practice hiring for 2 patient access reps Temp to hire Hours:&nbsp;4x10's preferred, 8am-6pm with a day off during the week Also would consider 8:30am-5:30am Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Respond to all incoming calls – document and direct accordingly.</li>
<li>Appointment Scheduling and/or rescheduling</li>
<li>Reviewing all registration details, account balances and deductible/co-insurance issues.</li>
<li>Alert all patient registration and collection issues to on-site billing and main reception.</li>
<li>Actively assist patient with acquiring needed referrals</li>
<li>Process prior authorizations</li>
<li>Manage triage calls</li>
<li>Assist patients with prescription refills and issues</li>
<li>Follow-up calls as requested by providers</li>
<li>Additional projects as assigned</li>
</ul>
 Requirements At least 1 recent year of healthcare administration experience EMR experience Strong customer service skills Medical call center experience &nbsp;
