Contract & Compensation Details

• Contract Length: 14 weeks

• Start Date: ASAP

• Hours: 36/wk

• Shift: 7p-7:30a

• Regular Rate: $11.84/ hr ($426/ wk)

• OT Rate: $48/ hr

• Non-Taxed Travel Stipend: $1,302/ wk

• Gross Weekly: $1,728

Qualifications and Education for the Contract LPN:

• 1+ year(s) of LTC/Rehab LPN experience required

• BLS required

• Unencumbered NH or Compact LPN license required
