Blazer Jobs is seeking an experienced Special Education Teacher for a full-time, school-based contract position in Kingston, New Hampshire. Position Overview:

• Contract Renewal: Potential for renewal based on performance and district needs

Requirements:
To be considered, applicants must meet New Hampshire state and local certification requirements for Special Education Teachers, including current licensure and completion of required background checks and fingerprinting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with special education students and their families

• Strong knowledge of the IEP process and ability to create, implement, and assess IEPs

• Ability to collaborate effectively with general education teachers, parents, and other school staff

• Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities

• Provide direct instruction to students in one-on-one, small group, or inclusive classroom settings

• Adapt and modify curriculum and teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students

• Assess and track student progress toward IEP goals and provide regular feedback to students and parents

• Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and families to support student success

• Ensure compliance with IDEA, New Hampshire state regulations, and district policies

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress
