Job Title: Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled machinist to join our team for the first shift. You will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, working with precision tools and machinery to produce high-quality components.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain lathe, mill, and other machining equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate machining.
- Consistently lift and manage materials up to 40lbs.
- Use micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools to ensure precision.
- Engage in CNC programming and welding as required.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 5 years CNC experience.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading.
- Ability to lift 40lbs consistently.
- Experience with micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in programming and welding is preferred but not required.
Schedule:
The position is for the first shift, operating from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Southbridge, Massachusetts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.
