Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A high school is seeking a skilled professional to serve as a Behavior Specialist. This contract role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a supportive educational environment for the current school year.

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Provide direct behavioral support and guidance to students, fostering positive outes in academic and social settings.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform decision-making and report on effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Certified Behavior Specialist experience preferred.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work effectively with high school-aged students.
• Strong munication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in educational settings supporting behavior intervention.
