Job Title: T-LPN
Job Location: Rochester, NH 03867
Shift: 03:00 PM – 111:30 PM
Pay: $43/hr on W2
Duration : 9 weeks

LPN Responsibilities & Duties:

· Monitor patients' vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate

· Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and eating

· Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians

· Collect samples for laboratory tests and perform basic lab tests

· Keep accurate and detailed patient records

· Assist in wound care and changing dressings

· Support patients with mobility and physical therapy exercises

· Educate patients and their families about care plans and health maintenance

· Prepare patients for medical procedures and examinations

· Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans

· Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families

· Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of patient rooms and healthcare facilities

· Respond to patient calls and emergency situations promptly

· Assist in setting up and operating medical equipment

· Adhere to healthcare regulations and protocols to ensure patient safety and quality care

LPN Qualifications & Skills:

· Previous experience working as an LPN or in a similar healthcare role

· Advanced certifications such as IV therapy or wound care

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment

· Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems

· Bilingual or multilingual language skills

· Demonstrated leadership capabilities and teamwork orientation

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Proficiency in basic nursing procedures and protocols

· Empathy and a genuine concern for the wellbeing of patients

· Current and valid LPN license in the state of practice

· Completion of an accredited LPN program

· Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

· Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing care techniques and procedures

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
