Description:

• Support PO in the capture and analysis of end user requirements for consumer-facing data products in manufacturing operations.
• Engage with stakeholders across functions to identify operational needs, workflow challenges, and desired outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and epics for the product backlog, ensuring alignment with manufacturing context and best practices.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and feedback sessions to elicit high-value requirements and prioritize backlog items.
• Collaborate with technical SMEs to ensure accurate requirement translation and traceability throughout the development life cycle.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years experience as business analyst / requirements engineer.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Requirements Engineering background required, certification preferred (e.g. CPRE).
• Knowledge of UML, BPMN required.

The hiring range for this position is $75.00-$91.00 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
