Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000 (USD)
Signing Bonus: $6,000–$15,000 (based on experience, paid in three installments)
Relocation Assistance: Partial package available

What You’ll Do

As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will:

  • Perform a full range of clinical and research nuclear medicine procedures, including general and cardiac studies
  • Operate and interact with advanced imaging systems and associated computer technologies
  • Participate in therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures
  • Provide clinical instruction and support to nuclear medicine students and other healthcare staff
  • Contribute to quality assurance, policy development, and departmental best practices
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a patient-centered, academic medical environment


Schedule & Call Coverage

  • Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • No routine weekends
  • Rotating call coverage: Approximately every 12 days
    • Weeknight call: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM (14 hours)
    • Weekend call: 7:00 AM Saturday – 7:00 AM Sunday (24 hours)
  • Call pay included, plus overtime and shift differentials if called in


What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)

  • Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine program (Associate or Bachelor’s degree required)
  • Active ARRT (Nuclear Medicine Technology) or NMTCB (CNMT) certification
  • Vermont Nuclear Medicine Technologist license or eligibility to obtain
  • Ability to provide college transcripts during the interview process


Nice-to-Have Experience

  • Epic EMR experience
  • PET/CT experience
  • Level I trauma center experience
  • At least one year of paid experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
