Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Deploy and manage solutions efficiently on private or public cloud, and ensure they meet established SLAs, with an emphasis on optimizing cloud resource utilization.</li>
<li>Maintain database performance by investigating, debugging, identifying and resolving production issues.</li>
<li>Implement solutions by defining database physical structure and functional capabilities, database security, data back-up, and recovery specifications.</li>
<li>Design, implement, and maintain integrating monitoring and alerting tools, leveraging existing tools and logging.</li>
<li>Monitoring all levels in the application stack.</li>
<li>Expand existing automation tools to streamline onboarding.</li>
<li>Collaborate with various internal teams to provide the best service possible for our customers.</li>
</ul>
Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>2-3 years professional experience in a production environment.</li>
<li>Chef / Ruby</li>
<li>Python</li>
<li>Lua</li>
<li>SQL (postgres)</li>
<li>OpenTelemetry / Prometheus / Grafana</li>
<li>SMTP / email deliverability a plus.</li>
</ul>
Compensation:
<ul>
<li>$40.00 to $45.78 per hour.</li>
