What the Role Looks Like

Youll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior plans and support students in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) support

• Implement customized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Monitor and record student behavior and progress

• Collaborate with school staff and clinical teams

• Help create an encouraging, inclusive classroom environment

What Were Looking For

Required:

• Active RBT certification (or ability to obtain in New Hampshire)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience working with children, particularly those with behavioral or developmental needs

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred:

• Background in ABA or special education

• Familiarity with data tracking and behavior documentation

• School-based or clinical experience
