What You’ll Do

Greet and assist service customers in a friendly, professional manner

Write accurate repair orders and clearly explain recommendations

Communicate between technicians and customers to keep repairs moving smoothly

Build trust through transparency, follow-up, and education

Maintain high CSI scores and customer loyalty

Work collaboratively with advisors, techs, and management
What We’re Looking For

Prior service advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Experience with CDK or similar DMS a plus
