Responsible for preparing operating rooms, sterilizing instruments, and ensuring all surgical equipment is functioning properly. Assists surgeons during procedures by passing instruments, maintaining a sterile field, and anticipating surgical needs. Supports patient safety and effective workflow by collaborating with surgeons, nurses, and the surgical team throughout pre-, intra-, and post-operative care.
