Adecco is thrilled to assist one of our top clients in their search for an Import Payment Coordinator Junior in Marlborough, MA!
This is a fantastic opportunity for college students or recent grads to gain hands-on experience in a global finance team this summer.
Position: Import Payment Coordinator Junior
Pay: $26.43/hour
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Marlborough, MA (Hybrid – in-office Tuesdays and Wednesdays; more days may be required during training)
Job Description:
Support the International Payments team with vendor payment processing, purchase order reconciliation, and internal communications. Assist during the summer coverage period while gaining professional experience in a fast-paced environment.
Must-Haves:

Degree or coursework in Business, Finance, or Accounting

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Experience with data entry and spreadsheets (Excel or similar)

Clear written communication skills for drafting emails

Ability to work on-site two days per week
Responsibilities:

Process merchandise vendor payments and ensure documentation is complete

Reconcile purchase orders and investigate discrepancies

Draft and send emails to vendors

Maintain documentation for corporate records

Assist with special projects as assigned
Pay Details: $26.43 per hour
