Client: OP USA (manufacturer of hydraulic hose and tubing processing equipment)
We are seeking a Service Technician for our client, a manufacturing company in Acton, MA. This is a DIRECT HIRE position. The main responsibility is to lead the repairs and maintenance of machines by providing excellent customer support.
Travel Requirements: 20% travel/year to customer locations in North America and Canada
<ul>
<li>Maintenance and repair of machines, specifically hydraulic machines</li>
<li>Troubleshooting and diagnosing machine errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions</li>
<li>Provide service and customer support on phone and on site</li>
<li>Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks by cooperating with the technical team</li>
<li>Providing professional customer support via phone and email</li>
</ul>
This is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position The hours will be Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM AFTER training 12PM-8PM
