A CT/X-Ray technologist opportunity is available within a hospital radiology department known for its comprehensive imaging services. This department delivers routine and advanced imaging procedures to inpatients, outpatients, and emergency cases through a 24/7 operation. Cutting-edge equipment, including Canon DR Radrex and GE Fluoro Units, supports the diagnostic process, with workflow managed via Infinitt Radiology Information System and CPSI EMR software.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT and X-ray imaging procedures with precision and adherence to safety standards.
- Manage patient care before, during, and after imaging to ensure comfort and accurate imaging outcomes.
- Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, ensuring functionality and compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with medical teams to deliver timely diagnostic information for patient care decisions.
- Document imaging outcomes accurately in the Radiology Information System and EMR.
Qualifications & Experience
- Certification as a Radiologic Technologist with experience in CT and X-ray imaging.
- Ability to apply for and obtain a Vermont radiology license within 24 hours of offer acceptance (proof required).
- Proficient with imaging technology and radiology software systems.
- Willingness to work outside of local (within 50 miles) residency parameters.
- Commitment to complying with department policies on scheduling and requested time off.
Schedule & Additional Details
- This is a contract position with no orientation hours billed.
- The department operates around the clock, requiring flexibility.
- Overtime is compensated at a flat hourly rateno multiplier applies.
- Holiday pay includes an enhanced percentage.
- Requested time off during the assignment must be submitted and approved up front (maximum 5 days).
