ProCare Therapy is working with a school district in Newbury, MAthat is in need of a full timeBoard-Certified Behavioral Analyst to join their team. This position will be for the 2025-2026 school year!

Pay Range: $39- $55hourly rate - Based on education, experience, and certifications/licenses

Job Length: 25/26 School Year - August start date
Caseload:Elementary; K-5th
Position Type: Full time - 37.5 hours per week

Job Description:

• Provide ABA/PBIS services and consultation to students at the elementary or secondary levels.
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments, write ABA programming, and assess performance via continuous data collection.
• Provide continued review and refinement of positive behavior support programming and/or ABA programming in order to meet student goals.
• Train staff in implementation of programming and oversee home programming.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst through the BACB.
• Masters in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.
