Job Title: Office Manager

Payrate
: $20/HR

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Saturday availability is required—no exceptions)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our country store located in an industrial setting. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills, a background in retail, and the ability to manage both clerical and customer-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and close the store each day during weekday business hours
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office and showroom environment at all times
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing exceptional in-person customer service
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally; strong phone communication is a must
  • Schedule, confirm, and dispatch firewood and mulch deliveries
  • Respond to and process all online orders in a timely manner
  • Handle general clerical duties, including filing, order tracking, and correspondence
  • Receive and direct calls and inquiries to the President and Vice President
  • Collaborate directly with ownership on operational needs and priorities

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
  • Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a country store in an industrial environment
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
