First Connect Health is seeking a local contract Behavioral Health Technician for a local contract job in Somerville, Massachusetts.

Milieu Counselor – Inpatient Psych (Adolescent 5 West)
CHA Somerville Campus – Somerville, MA
33 Tower St, Somerville, MA 02143
40 hrs/week | Rotating 8-hr shifts

🔹 LOCAL ONLY – Must live within 50 miles
🔹 Must float between 5E & 5W
🔹 BLS required
🔹 Must work every other major holiday

Unit Details

• Inpatient Psych – Adolescent
• Patient age: 13–17 (unit licensed 3–17; occasional waivers for older)
• Must be comfortable with ADLs, vital signs, CPI, and working with patients in crisis.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as a Milieu Counselor (required)
• Human services or behavioral/psychiatric background preferred
