What You'll Do
- Clean residential homes (and occasional small offices) to company standards: kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, floors, dusting.
- Perform deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans as scheduled.
- Follow checklists, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Communicate professionally with clients and teammates; represent our brand with pride.
- Manage time and route efficiently; maintain supplies and equipment.

Must-Haves
- Valid driver's license, reliable insured vehicle, and a smartphone.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.; background check required.
- Comfortable working independently and traveling between jobs in the area.

Schedule
- Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- No nights or weekends
