Details/Requirements:
- Requires RN State or Compact license
- TRAVELERS WILL BE ASKED TO PROVIDE PCU CARE
- DRIP EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
- CHARGE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS NEED.
- at least 2 years of Med Surg Tele experience and travel experience
- Certification: AHA BLS
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff on the Med Surg/Telemetry unit.
- Assign patient care and manage unit workflow efficiently.
- Monitor patient status and assist with complex or high-acuity cases.
- Interpret telemetry rhythms and ensure prompt response to cardiac changes.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety, and quality standards.
- Serve as a resource and mentor for clinical staff.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to promote positive outcomes.
Travel Pay Package:
- Hourly: $23 | OT: $55
- Stipend: $1,610
- Weekly gross: $2,438
