Effectively delivering on risk management, communication with stakeholders, planning and leading the leadership to ensure project success.

Senior Residential Project Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field (Master's preferred).
7+ years of project management experience, delivering on complex projects successfully.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying align with the business objectives.
Point of contact for the project stakeholders and collaborating with senior leadership. Clients, contractors and other team members.
