Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description
We are currently seeking skilled CNC Machinists for both day and overnight shifts to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to production processes serving the aerospace and medical industries. You will perform setups, run and troubleshoot machinery, maintain tight tolerances, and conduct product inspections.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex work on CNC Milling or Lathe machines.
- Set up and operate CNC machinery, including Swiss Machinery if possible.
- Troubleshoot machinery issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Hold tight tolerances of +/- thousandths of an inch.
- Work with materials such as aluminum and stainless steel.
- Communicate effectively with the engineering team.
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain safety regulations.
- Report any defective materials or processes.
- Adapt to customer demands, working with small to medium-sized aerospace components.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience with CNC Milling or Lathe machines.
- Proficiency in running and setting up CNC Mill or Lathe.
- Experience in troubleshooting machinery.
- Ability to work with tight tolerances.
- Familiarity with using micrometers and calipers for inspections.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Swiss Machinery is a significant plus.
- Capability to make light edits and zero out machines.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen to comply with ITAR regulations.

Work Environment
Our facility offers an extremely clean and well-lit environment. Some areas of the shop are louder, while others maintain a quieter atmosphere. We operate on a day shift from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and an overnight shift from 5:00 pm to 6:00 am, Monday to Thursday.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $72800.00/yr.
