Be the crucial link that adds value at every step of production—from incoming materials to packaged, high-quality products. This role spans multiple operator sub-classifications and flexes to where you’re needed most.

Core responsibilities

• Material flow: Receive and handle raw ingredients to prepare for processing.
• Processing: Execute proprietary manufacturing procedures with accuracy and care.
• Pack-out: Package finished goods to exact standards and specifications.
• Standards: Uphold safety, sanitation, quality, and efficiency throughout all tasks.
• Documentation: Use basic computer systems for instructions, checks, and simple entries.
• Communication: Follow verbal and written directions; escalate issues promptly.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• 6+ months of manufacturing experience
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow written and verbal instructions, and perform basic math
