Knowledge & Skills

• Strong grasp of concepts, practices, and protocols like ESD, backed by 3+ years in a similar field.
• Experience in cleanroom environments and adherence to IPC-610 workmanship standards.
• Proven communication skills and adaptability under pressure.
• An eye for detail fused with a creative approach to challenges.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Solid IPC knowledge, with optics experience as a desirable addition.
