Step into a spotless cleanroom, meet up with a tight-knit group of 3–4 technicians, and begin assembling life-improving medical device disposables. You’ll move from precise mechanical assembly to testing and packaging, keeping meticulous records as you go—all while following strict cleanroom and quality standards.

Core responsibilities

• Collaborate and communicate clearly with a team of 3–4 technicians
• Assemble disposable medical device components using screwdrivers, torque wrenches, tube cutters, and tube stretchers
• Perform heat sealing, print labels, and handle labeling, packaging, and boxing
• Apply adhesives and cure using UV wands
• Conduct flow testing and laser welding with fixtures
• Leak test disposable components and subassemblies using fixtures
• Track and record serial numbers in a database
• Maintain a clean, well-organized work area at all times

What you bring

• Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Hands-on mechanical assembly skills to build components into finished products
• Ability to work in a cleanroom; prior cleanroom experience is a plus
• Laser welding experience is a plus
• Commitment to rigorous quality standards
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and desire to learn new skills
• Clear written and verbal communication in English; basic documentation skills and ability to follow written operating procedures
• Exceptional attention to detail

• Environment: Cleanroom; strict adherence to cleanroom protocols required
• Employment type: Contract to Perm
• Compensation: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
