WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
As a Case Manager, your day will be filled with rewarding and impactful tasks. You'll actively participate in team meetings and Individual Service Plan (ISP) discussions to collaborate with colleagues and ensure that each client receives tailored support. Assisting in the admissions process will be integral to your role, allowing you to warmly welcome new clients into our services. Additionally, you will engage in internal investigations, where your attention to detail and commitment to client advocacy will be essential.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A CASE MANAGER?
We're looking for someone who can work full-time with a typical schedule that aligns with regular business hours while meeting the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
- 2+ years of case management experience in the Human Service field
Knowledge of the Department of Developmental Disabilities and Day Habilitation regulations, as well as CARF standards, is preferred.
