Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Start Date: Immediate

Job Description
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in apartment units and common areas
- Assist with basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks
- Support HVAC and appliance repairs as needed
- Complete work orders and routine upkeep
- Maintain a clean and safe property environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in apartment or property maintenance
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting
- Additional experience in HVAC and appliance repair is a plus
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Must be reliable and ready to start immediately
