Northeast Pharmacy Services is a closed door LTC Pharmacy and is part of New Hampshire's largest independent provider of pharmacy services, comprising of retail pharmacy, a non-sterile compounding lab, DME provider and health and wellness clinic. Data Entry technicians looking for a less stressful office like work experience are encouraged to apply.

• 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday-Friday
• 8:00 am to 3:00 pm every 3rd Saturday

Salary $20/hr + depending on experience.

Requirements:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer service calls and provide the best possible customer service experience for our accounts and patients.
• Enter refill orders
• Interpret and enter prescription information into QS1 Software system.
• Provide prescription status
• Provide delivery status
• Ensure emergency telephone order prescriptions have been received.
• May be expected to perform some clerical duties relating to the pharmacy.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned

REQUISITE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Must have order entry experience (PTCB)
• Good phone presence
• Excellent customer service
• Computer aptitude (QS1,Microsoft Suite) preferred
• Ability to communicate and work in a team environment.

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) (Required)
