Speech Language Pathologist Full-Time Dover, MA

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in a supportive school district in Dover, Massachusetts. This is a fulfilling opportunity to help students develop essential communication skills, reach academic goals, and grow in confidence within a collaborative educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine speech and language needs

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology

• Active Massachusetts SLP license

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

• School-based or pediatric experience is a plus

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
