Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Manager to join our team inEssex Junction, VT. This direct-hire role offers a petitive salary of $145k-$153k + sign-on bonus, with relocation assistance available for the right candidate.
Position Details:
- Schedule: 40 hours/week, variable shifts, some evenings required
- Duties:
- Oversee all pharmacy operations to ensure pliance with federal, state, and pany regulations
- Manage financial goals, inventory, and staffing schedules
- Provide patient-centered services such as immunizations, MTM, and wellness programs
- Train, guide, and manage pharmacy support staff
- Use professional judgment to deliver exceptional service within the pharmacists scope of practice
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a current Vermont Pharmacist license
- Certified to administer immunizations and fortable giving all vaccines
- Previous pharmacy management experience preferred
