Manufacturing - Associate - Production (Mid Level)
Shift: Monday – Friday 6am-2:30pm additional OT hours may be requested on voluntary basis.
Work Location: 14 Walkup Drive, Westborough, MA 01581
Duration: 3+ months
Pay: $21.71/hr.on w2

The Production Associate Hollow Fiber is responsible for complying with EHS and Quality policies, perform basic troubleshooting, training other team members when needed, participating in quality activities, training sessions, and associate activity teams.
This position reports to the Supervisor, Hollow Fiber Production and is part of the Hollow Fiber department located in Westborough, MA and will be an on-site role.
What You Will Do:
Perform manufacturing and assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.
Work with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
Maintain daily production output.
Who You Are:
High School Diploma or local equivalent.
Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience.
Ability to receive and understand instructions regarding duties to be performed.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Able to work in a standing position for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Demonstrated ability to detail and quality-minded work habits.
Knowledge and understanding of production process, work instructions, documentation configuration control, non-conforming & rework documentation requirements.
Experience with Stop Order, Concessions, ESD, Calibration, Preventative Maintenance, Material Identification & Segregation, and Good Documentation Practices.
