Job Title: Assembler
Shift: 2nd Shift — Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. Overtime may be required as needed.
Location: Laconia, NH
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $20-$25 an hour depending on shift and experience
Position Summary:
Adecco Staffing is partnering with a local manufacturing company in Laconia, NH to hire Assemblers for 2nd shift. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay, long-term stability, and career growth in a clean and safety-focused work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform various assembly, cutting heating and related duties to prepare and apply lining material to fabricated parts.

Read, reference, and interpret written and verbal instructions to assemble bearing products as directed, adhering to quality standards.

Maintain established production levels through safe and efficient operations.

Inspect & identify any irregularities as to fits, defective parts, finishes, work techniques and/or quality of workmanship, and report them to assigned leader.

Diagnose and correct operating difficulties, and maintain required records.

Keep work area clean and orderly, observing all safety rules and regulations, and conforming to OSHA regulations.

Move materials, parts, and containers as required, to complete job duties.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required

Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred
Physical Requirements:

Must wear clean room uniform
-
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
-
Dexterity in hands
-
May require standing, walking, bending, reaching, grabbing, twisting, carrying, pushing, and pulling

Ability to lift up to 40lbs.

Pay Details: $20.12 to $25.00 per hour
