Plush Beauty Bar is seeking a talented, motivated Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about beauty, delivers exceptional service, and thrives in a positive, high-energy, boutique environment. This is an amazing opportunity to grow your clientele and be part of a supportive, women-led team.
- Perform esthetic services including: brows, facial waxing, body waxing, lash lifts/tints, spray tans and basic skincare services. Lash extensions is a plus
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space
- Educate clients on services, aftercare, and recommended products
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality experience aligned with Plush Beauty Bar standards
- Build and retain a loyal client base through excellent service and communication
- Collaborate with the team to support daily studio operations
- Must hold a valid Massachusetts Esthetician License
- Prior experience in waxing, lashes, or brows preferred (we will train the right fit)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Friendly, professional, and reliable with excellent client communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
