We are seeking a Mid-Level AI/ML Engineer who is excited by technical ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to shape both the product and the future of industrial AI.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement ML/computer vision models for real-world manufacturing applications (e.g., quality control, defect detection, object tracking).
- Prototype, train, fine-tune, and optimize models for deployment in production environments.
- Write scalable, production-grade code for integrating models into manufacturing workflows.
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand challenges and tailor technical solutions.
- Stay on top of the latest advancements in ML/CV and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in machine learning and computer vision (real-world or research)
- Proficiency with tools/libraries such as PyTorch, YOLO, TensorFlow, Keras, OpenCV, scikit-learn
- Experience with unsupervised and semi-supervised learning techniques
- Familiarity with autoencoders and traditional CV methods is a strong plus
- Strong optimization, debugging, and Git/version control skills
- BS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (MS/PhD preferred or equivalent experience)
