We are actively recruiting a Virtual Special Education Teacher to work with high school students focused on transition services, life skills instruction, and post-secondary planning. This full-time remote role will serve students preparing for graduation and workforce entry.
Caseload Information:

1520 students on caseload

Moderate needs: Intellectual Disabilities, Autism, and functional academic skills

Emphasis on vocational planning and transition IEP goals
Role Responsibilities:

Deliver online instruction in functional reading, math, and life skills

Develop and track individualized transition plans
-
Coordinate with parents, job coaches, and school counselors

Ensure compliance with federal and state SPED laws
Qualifications:
-
NH Special Education endorsement (Secondary)
-
2+ years of experience working with high school learners with moderate to severe needs

Familiarity with virtual instruction tools and modified curriculum
