Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee residential construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while managing various teams and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations on job sites to ensure timely and quality project completion.
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities, including subcontractor work and site safety protocols.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, and team members to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources, adjusting plans as necessary to meet project goals.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
- Provide leadership and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with high-end, custom, or luxury homes is a plus.
