Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide vital speech and language therapy services as a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in a vibrant K-12 school setting located in Cambridge, MA. This contract position spans the 2026 school year, offering 37.5 hours per week onsite to support students' communication needs across all grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state regulations.
  • Provide bilingual services when applicable to meet the diverse needs of the student population.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license.
  • Professional experience working as an SLP in a school environment.
  • Bilingual skills preferred but not required; monolingual candidates also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams.
