Job Summary:
The Program Manager supports the design, execution, and day-to-day operations of various organizational programs and initiatives within a leading global off-price retail organization. This role requires strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, along with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Program Manager partners across teams to ensure programs are delivered effectively, align with strategic goals, and create measurable impact.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable processes to document best practices and ensure program sustainability.
- Lead planning and execution for assigned events, programs, and initiatives.
- Measure and report on program outcomes, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support program success.
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities to meet deadlines.
- Support strategic planning and process improvement efforts as assigned.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 5–7 years of professional experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Background in Project Management, Program Management, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, or Human Resources.
- Experience supporting events or enterprise-level initiatives preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Prior experience in large-scale retail, corporate HR, or organizational development.
- Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and program evaluation.

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
